Mechanics
You’re at your happiest holding a torque wrench or angle grinder, fixing challenging faults, and leaving things functioning better than new.
Work as part of a talented team of mechanics in our workshop, or cruise around your city as a mobile mechanic working on our fleet of bikes and mopeds out in the field. We offer our customers a guaranteed repair within 24 hours, and our team of mechanics are key to delivering on this promise with quality and speed. You will work in a supportive environment, alongside a talented team, with clear development paths and opportunities for learning and growth.
Someone with strong prior experience working with electric vehicles interested in our mid to senior level roles. Or for our entry level positions, you are technically minded and passionate about e-bikes or e-mopeds, and very interested in developing these skills further!
Delivery - The Social
You thrive off interacting with people, and being out on the road driving a large electric van. You are the first point of contact representing a premium brand.
Your day starts at our workshop, where you load an electric van with the right vehicles and accessories needed to satisfy several happy customers. Using an iPhone and our mobile applications, your route is mapped out and tasks organized. You make sure each new Dancer is confident using their new ride. You also collect vehicles from canceled subscriptions or occasionally ones needing repair.
You’re tech savvy and enjoy using mobile applications to guide your work. You enjoy interacting with people and are a strong communicator in English and the native language of the relevant market (German or French). You have a valid driver’s license and are comfortable driving a large electric van. You take pride in the quality of your work, and want to work for a premium brand.
Leads
You’re a natural leader who cares about the overall performance of a team, and the importance of working together to achieve goals.
As a Mechanic or Delivery Lead you will manage hiring and onboarding, provide training and mentorship, as well as goal setting and progress measurement. In case you don’t have several years of leadership experience but would like to start managing teams, have a look at our open Shift Lead roles. Shift Leads coordinate the day to day tasks of our Delivery Specialists and Mobile Mechanics.
You hold high standards in the execution of work, and enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping others to succeed. In the case of our Shift Leads, you’re early in your career, and interested in developing people management skills. Alternatively for the Delivery and Mechanic Lead roles, you have been a mentor or people manager previously, and are skilled in the work done by the relevant team.
